Old Soundtracks

Series

This soundtrack CD is the original Roland Sound Canvas SC-55 (General MIDI) soundtrack, mixed with Roland MT-32 and Roland Sound Canvas SC-8850 ED enhancement tracks (and two bonus digital tracks)!
All the digital tracks are encoded in Ogg Vorbis format at a rate of 44.1 kHz in stereo, using the variable bitrate method at a quality of 4.5. For more information on Ogg's and creating an audio CD using them, please see our forum posts on "Ogg Vorbis Audio Format" and "What you need to burn an SMC CD".
Note: All the tracks in this SMC soundtrack are enhanced - including the "SC-55" and "MT-32" alone tracks (no mix), which have had reverb enhancements in their creation, and mixing arrangements.
The CD artwork for this CD was never finished, but the near-complete version will be released on the SMC forums.

SMC is owned by Alistair Gillett as of August 2002, and as of December 2006, Alistair Gillett and Stephane Mainil. Any reproduction of music files/other content is fine, subject to contacting Alistair first (please, we do this for free, don't leech or steal our content).

All Sierra-related material (games, characters and any other such items) is owned (sadly) by Activision. The music we record, well who knows- can't afford to try the court case however. Let's just say we own the website and possibly the music.

Once more, please do not reproduce any SMC content without asking permission from the site owner, Alistair. We work unpaid hours to bring you the music and the website, so don't betray that generosity by stealing our work!
